Successfully-completed packages can be standard (MSI, EXE, VBS…) or virtual (App-V, ThinApp, XenApp…) and are delivered with installation scripts enabling deployment using standard market tools (System Center Configuration Manager, OCS Inventory, …)
A highly simplified package process helps limit interaction thus reducing costs. To achieve this, the process presented below draws upon easy-to-fill web forms as well as full and automatic following up of all stages within the package.
Any successfully-completed package is included in our follow-up and monitoring process with clients informed monthly of any minor, major or critical update to the application. Application package and/or deployment may be carried out based on pre-defined criteria determined after concerted consultation.
